Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene to promote independence Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, following established care plans tailored to each client's needs Support clients in developing communication, social skills, and behavior management strategies through direct behavioral therapy techniques Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and progress Participate in ongoing training on applied behavior analysis principles, ethical standards, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification prior to employment Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in achieving their personal goals Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance Prior experience in home-based behavioral therapy or school settings is highly desirable Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Commitment to ethical practice aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Join us in creating a positive impact through compassionate care and evidence-based interventions!
