Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention efforts, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide expert supervision to clinical staff. Your expertise will help foster positive behavioral change, support autism spectrum disorder (ASD) interventions, and promote functional independence for clients across various settings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral psychology within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including diagnostic evaluations for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in ABA. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure cohesive client care and effective communication. Perform patient assessments, manage medical documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy. Participate in intake processes, treatment planning meetings, and ongoing client evaluations to support optimal outcomes. Experience Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental conditions. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral psychological assessments. Experience conducting functional assessments and functional analyses to identify environmental variables influencing behavior. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards required for clinical supervision and patient care. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical documentation procedures, and working within confidentiality guidelines is essential. Ability to communicate effectively with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
