Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 3 openings available 2 Elementary School openings 1 Middle School opening Onsite, school-based positions

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support to students throughout the school day. Implement behavior intervention plans and individualized behavioral strategies. Support students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional goals. Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress. Assist with behavior management and appropriate de-escalation strategies. Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, special education staff, and other members of the school team. Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required to be considered. Experience working with students with behavioral or special education needs preferred. Previous school-based experience is a plus. Strong communication, behavior management, and teamwork skills. Comfortable working with either elementary or middle school-aged students.
