Key Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in good standing Prior experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school or educational setting Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and individualized education strategies Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students Provide direct support, training, and consultation to school staff and families Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation Serve as a resource and advocate for students requiring behavioral support Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to align treatment goals and support services Uphold ethical standards and compliance with applicable regulations This roles schedule of 34 hours per weekwith Mondays offsupports work-life balance while maintaining full-time engagement with your students and colleagues.
