9541049-71360 Job Description Make a measurable impact this school year by providing essential services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within an educational environment. In this full-time, contract opportunity, you'll contribute to student success by supporting behavioral and learning initiatives for a caseload of 30 students. With a flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule and Mondays off, this role offers a great balance of professional fulfillment and personal time.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification required, with active licensure in the state Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school or educational setting Strong background developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families Adaptable approach to managing diverse student needs and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments for students and develop data-driven strategies Create, implement, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to ensure effective plan delivery Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support for school personnel implementing behavior programs Collect and analyze relevant data to track student progress and update interventions as needed Maintain clear documentation and participate in team meetings This 34-hour-per-week position allows you to focus on quality service delivery, with a manageable caseload and the bonus of a three-day weekend.
