ABA Student Analyst (Pursuing BCBA)
Schedule:
Part-Time, Afterschool Hours Setting:
Center-Based Afterschool Social Skills Program We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Student Analyst (Pursuing BCBA) to support our afterschool social skills groups. This is a hands-on clinical role for a graduate student who enjoys working directly with children and helping them build meaningful social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive group setting. Responsibilities Directly support children participating in afterschool social skills groups. Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement engaging, evidence-based social skills activities tailored to each learner's individual needs and treatment goals. Teach skills including communication, conversation, perspective-taking, emotional regulation, problem-solving, flexibility, cooperation, and peer interaction. Support data collection and implementation of individualized treatment goals within the group setting. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, ethical, professional, and payer requirements. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can have fun while developing meaningful social skills with peers. Qualifications Currently pursuing BCBA certification and expected to sit for the BCBA examination within approximately 9 months . Experience delivering ABA therapy to children and/or adolescents. Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based approaches to social skills instruction. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Comfortable providing direct, hands-on clinical support within a group setting alongside BCBAs. Passion for helping children develop confidence, independence, and meaningful peer relationships. Pay:
