Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role supporting students as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician. This contract opportunity offers a unique schedule: work five days a week from 9:00 AM to noon, providing impactful behavioral support during morning school hours. Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working in a school setting or with children is highly valued Ability to implement and follow behavior intervention plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Responsible, reliable, and passionate about student support
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions and support to students as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and accurately record behavioral data to help shape strategies for student growth Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to foster a supportive classroom environment Provide feedback and progress updates to supervising clinicians and educational staff Assist with social, emotional, and behavioral skills development in line with individualized plans Uphold professional and ethical standards in every interaction This position is ideal for an RBT seeking consistent, part-time hours with afternoons free, making it compatible with further education, family needs, or supplementing current work.
