Our In-Home (in-person) BCBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. You will enjoy the continuity and depth of collaboration that comes from direct daily engagement with clients, families, and your dedicated clinical team. In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Compensation & Incentives
Earn a base salary of $85,000
95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
