GED Full Job Description Behavior Technician Job Summary:
Join our team at New Patterns ABA•MA, where every voice is heard as we work together to discover each individual's potential with compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD and related conditions Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behavioral change Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
0 years of experience (entry-level); willingness to learn and grow with our organization High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing circumstances Must be available to work per diem (varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
