Embark on an exciting travel assignment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in school-based services! Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required (must have BT; RBTs considered if comfortable without BCBA supervision) School-based experience is mandatory Strong applied behavior analysis (ABA) skills; experience with ASD in general education settings Reliable transportation needed; must be comfortable with the commute Open to candidates only, no paraprofessionals
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct ABA support to middle school students within an inclusive environment Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust strategies for optimum effectiveness Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to ongoing student success
