Behavior Technician Job Summary New Patterns
ABA - MA
is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Norton, MA! As a Behavior Technician , you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral and skill deficits Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform treatment decisions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain accurate and thorough records of therapy sessions and progress updates Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA techniques and best practices
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred) 0+ years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or ABA therapy (training provided for those without experience) Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for in-home therapy)
