r42626-01550 Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based | Southbridge, MA 01550 ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Southbridge, Massachusetts. This position will support elementary-aged students and provide behavioral assessment, consultation, evaluation, and intervention services throughout the school year. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with educators and special education teams while using evidence-based behavioral practices to support student success.

Onsite Responsibilities:

Provide consultative and evaluative behavioral services for diagnostic purposes Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Provide behavior-analytic interpretations of assessment results Develop and recommend appropriate behavioral interventions and supports Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions Provide consultation and guidance to school staff regarding evidence-based behavioral strategies Support the development and implementation of individualized behavioral programming Participate in meetings and collaborate with the educational team as needed Maintain appropriate documentation and behavioral data

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required School-based experience preferred Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Experience conducting functional and behavioral assessments Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
