Able Minds ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in Fort Washington, Maryland to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing individualized ABA treatment Implementing behavior intervention and skill-building programs Teaching communication, social, daily living, and independence skills Recording and maintaining accurate session data Completing session documentation promptly and accurately Communicating professionally with families and clinical team members Participating in BCBA supervision and team meetings Following all clinical, ethical, and company standards Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in behavioral health is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and professional Ability to follow treatment protocols and accept clinical feedback Reliable transportation for applicable service locations The Right Fit We are looking for RBTs who understand that progress does not always happen overnight.
