Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by supporting their educational journey through behavior analysis. This contract opportunity seeks two experienced BCBAs to provide guidance and intervention for K-12 students in a full-time capacity, with the assignment beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 28, 2027. Placement location will be determined within the district, and you'll have the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid BCBA certification and current Maryland BCBA license Previous experience delivering behavioral services in a school environment Knowledge of designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students K-12 Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring Ability to provide training and consultation to teachers, staff, and caregivers Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, design, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for students Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize success Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data Provide training and guidance to staff on implementing behavior intervention plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting for compliance Serve as a resource to school personnel and families regarding best practices This role offers the rewarding chance to enhance educational outcomes and quality of life for students throughout the district.
