Behavior Technician -
Part-Time Location:
New Windsor, MD and Carroll county area

Job Summary:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range:
$ 20 - $ 24 /hour ($25-$28 if certified)
Shifts:
Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
Requirements:
