Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Immediate Openings | Oakland, CA Join Able Minds ABA and Start Making a Difference Right Away! Able Minds ABA is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the Oakland area. We have immediate cases available and are looking for professionals who are ready to begin as soon as onboarding is complete.

$26-$31 per hour (based on experience) Immediate client placement Flexible part-time schedules Consistent hours Mileage reimbursement between clients (if applicable) Supportive and responsive BCBA supervision Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding ABA organization Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect accurate session data and complete electronic documentation Build positive relationships with clients and families Maintain professionalism and follow ethical ABA practices Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential Why Able Minds ABA?
