Job Description

Gemstone ABA is currently seeking compassionate, talented, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while working in a collaborative, child-centered environment, we'd love to meet you. You'll join an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to providing developmentally appropriate, evidence-based ABA services that help children reach their fullest potential. Services are provided primarily in a center-based or preschool setting during school hours, offering greater scheduling consistency and an exceptional work-life balance. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans. Provide direct clinical oversight of ABA treatment. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians. Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress. Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral services as appropriate. Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across settings. Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills. Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $90,000-$120,000, based on experience. Bonuses based on billable hours and performance. Comprehensive benefits package.
