Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification Experience working within school settings is strongly preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to ethical standards and current best practices in ABA Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Flexible, adaptable, and dedicated to student success

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments for students as needed Design and implement data-driven behavior intervention strategies Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student achievement Provide ongoing staff training and coaching on behavior management techniques Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on individual needs and data Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
