We're hiring Behavior Consultants (BCBAs) across Central Maine Why clinicians choose
BDA:
Trained 1,200+ professionals nationwide Supporting 350+ schools across 10 states Not private-equity backed, quality always comes first Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and career advancement What You'll Do Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community) Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making
