Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor and help bring meaningful ABA services to an area of critical need. Your Impact As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in shaping services, mentoring clinicians, and ensuring every client receives thoughtful, data-driven, and compassionate care. Your leadership will directly impact client progress and support the professional growth of the clinical team. A reduced caseload may be maintained as needed (to be determined during contracting). Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, oversee, and refine individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Monitor client progress through meaningful data collection and clinical assessments
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to strengthen services and improve client outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with organizational values, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families Qualifications & Experience
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Background working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practice
  • Experience using data to guide clinical decision-making
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Passion for serving underserved or high-need communities Position Details
