Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) If you're a BCBA who enjoys making a real difference but is ready for a better opportunity, I'd love to connect. I'm actively connecting with ABA organizations in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana that are looking for compassionate, clinically driven BCBAs. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based programming decisions Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and BACB compliance What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Commitment to quality clinical care and positive outcomes for children and families Why Explore New Opportunities?
