Ripple Effects Autism Learning Center, LLC is seeking fun, energetic individuals to work full-time (M-F, 8:45am - 4:15pm) providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum and related disorders.

Job Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one instruction to children ages 2-6 who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Implement educational programs and behavior interventions as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor. Promote the development of functional communication skills (i.e. speaking and using assistive communication devices). Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills). Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines).

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma 40 hour RBT training (to be completed on the job) Strong desire to work with children with special needs, preferably autism Technology proficient Ability to lift at least 50lbs Comfortable receiving constructive performance feedback We offer: Paid holidays Sick time accrual Health, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k), life insurance Continued professional development opportunities
