Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings Deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA/clinical supervision Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills Team-player mindset with adaptability and problem-solving skills Strong commitment to promoting a supportive, respectful environment
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct ABA therapy in one-on-one and group settings within the school Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and supervising BCBAs Provide positive reinforcement and support for students' behavioral goals Adjust interventions as needed based on student response and team feedback Assist in maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required This fulfilling contract role provides an opportunity to build valuable experience while advancing the success of students.
