Behavior Technician Northern Behavioral Solutions Northern Behavioral Solutions is seeking caring, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Behavior Technicians . This role is perfect for candidates with prior experience or those currently credentialed as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are looking for meaningful work, flexibility, and long-term growth. Job Description As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children or individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will help implement behavior plans, collect data, and support clients in building skills that make a positive impact on their daily lives. Responsibilities Provide direct behavior therapy services in clients' homes Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record accurate data Communicate effectively with supervisors and families Maintain professionalism and ethical standards Requirements Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass required background checks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to commute up to 45 minutes Strong communication skills Passion for working with children or individuals with ASD Comfortable using technology for documentation Preferred Qualifications One year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred, not required) Ability to work independently and take initiative Interest in professional growth and leadership opportunities Benefits Competitive compensation Paid training (Behavior Technician certification provided at no cost) Support to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Generous paid time off and sick days Flexible scheduling —choose hours based on client availability Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Eligible hours may count toward supervision requirements for future BCBAs If you are looking for a rewarding role where your work truly matters and your growth is encouraged, we would love to hear from you.
