Join Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services Pine Rest is one of the nation's leading nonprofit behavioral health systems, dedicated to transforming lives through expert mental health and substance use treatment. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Adolescent Residential and Adult Foster Care (AFC) programs in Grand Rapids, Michigan. What You'll Do As a BCBA, you will: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans Design and monitor behavior intervention programs Train residential staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management strategies Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Provide consultation and behavioral expertise across residential and community-based programs Required Qualifications Education ? Master's degree in: Behavior Analysis, OR Education, Human Services, Natural Sciences, Medicine, or a related field Certifications ? Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience ? Minimum 2 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst or in a related field Technical Skills ?
