$77,000

•85,000/year, flexible based on experience and ability to work onsite; hourly arrangements also availableResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.



Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention strategies.



Provide ongoing analysis of client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.



Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate client outcomes.



Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.



Provide clinical guidance and support to the behavioral team.



Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation.



Monitor treatment effectiveness and make data-driven clinical decisions.



Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other BCBAs regarding clinical cases and best practices.



Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.



QualificationsActive BCBA certification required.



Michigan state licensure required.



Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism, is preferred.



Both experienced and newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply.



Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and treatment procedures.



Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and data-driven treatment planning.



Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and clinical documentation.



Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.



Ability and willingness to work onsite at least 2 days per week.



Clinical Support & Team EnvironmentThe BCBA will be supported by an experienced clinical team, including:



Executive Director overseeing the clinical team.



Practicum Supervisor.



Quality Incentive BCBA providing additional support.



An experienced BCBA with 20+ years of experience.



Collaborative team environment with group BCBA meetings twice per month.



Additional individual support and meetings with leadership as needed.



Schedule & Work ArrangementFull-time and part-time opportunities available.



Flexible scheduling.



Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of onsite and remote work.



BCBAs typically work 2-3 days onsite per week.



BCBAs have flexibility to choose which days they work onsite.



Candidates must be able to work onsite at least 2 days per week.



Compensation & Benefits$77,000

•85,000/year, with flexibility based on experience and ability to work onsite.



Hourly compensation arrangements are also available.
