Job Description

Looking for a BCBA position where clinical quality comes before overwhelming caseloads and unrealistic billable expectations? Join a BCBA-owned and operated company where clinical leadership understands firsthand what it takes to manage a caseload, support technicians, communicate with families, complete documentation, and still provide thoughtful, individualized care. The Linden Center is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing clinical team. We specialize in play-based, center-based ABA therapy for young children ages 2-8 in a collaborative, preschool-style environment. Why BCBAs Choose The Linden Center Low, manageable BCBA caseloads Manageable billable-hour expectations designed to leave time for documentation, collaboration, supervision, and other clinical responsibilities Additional bonus opportunities for exceeding billable-hour requirements BCBA-owned and operated company Full medical benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance 15 paid holiday/break days built into our annual calendar, in addition to PTO and sick time Full-time Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM No nights or weekends Fully center-based position with no driving between clients or in-home sessions Play-based and naturalistic approach to ABA Collaborative clinical and administrative support CEU and licensure reimbursement Opportunities for continued professional growth and leadership A Caseload You Can Actually Manage We believe BCBAs should have the time to know their clients, support their technicians, collaborate with families, and thoughtfully evaluate their programming. Our lower caseloads and manageable billable expectations are designed to give BCBAs the time needed to provide high-quality clinical oversight without feeling stretched across too many clients. For BCBAs who choose to exceed their standard billable requirements, we also offer additional bonus opportunities. What You'll Do As a BCBA at The Linden Center, you'll oversee an individualized caseload of young children on the autism spectrum while working closely with behavior technicians, families, and our clinical leadership team. You'll conduct assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, analyze client progress, supervise and train behavior technicians, oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming, conduct caregiver meetings and training, and collaborate with other professionals involved in each child's care. Because our BCBAs work directly within the center alongside their clients and technician teams, you'll have opportunities for hands-on supervision and collaboration throughout the day. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a BCBA who values compassionate, individualized care and enjoys working with young children in a play-based environment. We want someone who values collaboration, communicates well with families and team members, and is looking for a workplace where they can grow without sacrificing work-life balance. Current BCBA certification in good standing Current Michigan licensure Experience with young children, center-based ABA, and naturalistic or play-based treatment approaches is preferred. If you're ready to join a BCBA-owned company that understands the realities of the role and prioritizes manageable caseloads, reasonable billable expectations, and quality clinical care, we'd love to meet you. Apply today to learn more about joining The Linden Center!
