This contract opportunity focuses on working directly with an individual student, aged 8 or 9, at an educational technology center. Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and partner with a dedicated team committed to fostering student growth and development through a comprehensive, collaborative approach.
Key Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience working in K-12 school settings preferred Strong understanding of behavior intervention, assessment, and individualized support planning Effective communication skills for collaboration with families, educators, and related service providers Ability to manage and monitor mental health and behavioral strategies Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct in working with students
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to an elementary-age student in a school setting Conduct assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and monitor progress Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to address both behavioral and mental health needs Provide guidance, training, and support to school staff to ensure positive, proactive interventions Work onsite from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, supporting the student throughout the school day Participate in meetings with educators and caregivers to promote student success
