Desired Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification Prior school-based experience preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators on behavior support strategies Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavior plans Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain clear, accurate documentation to support ongoing assessment and compliance Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and resources to ensure continuity of care Serve as a resource for best practices in behavior management within the school setting This contract assignment supports a flexible, meaningful career in behavioral health within an educational environment. Working hours are to be determined, with the start date as soon as possible and the contract lasting through the end of the school year.
