Providence Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric ABA therapy clinic dedicated to helping children thrive, supporting families, and serving with purpose. We provide individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive, compassionate, and engaging clinic environment. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is dependable, energetic, compassionate, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. What You'll Do As an RBT, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities include:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Collect accurate data during therapy sessions Assist clients with decreasing challenging behaviors and developing appropriate replacement skills Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain accurate and timely session documentation Communicate professionally with BCBAs, team members, and families Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times Follow Providence Pediatric Therapy policies and professional/ethical standards What We're Looking For Our ideal team member is someone who is: Compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children Dependable and punctual Positive, energetic, and willing to learn Able to accept feedback and implement changes effectively A strong communicator and team player Organized and attentive to detail Comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment Committed to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services RBT certification is preferred. Candidates should meet all applicable requirements to provide services as an RBT, including maintaining required certification and credentials. Clinic Hours Our clinic operates on a family-friendly daytime schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM Friday:
