Job Description

Harmony Hope Haven is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our growing team in Fayette, Mississippi. This role will support the development and delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and families in a supportive, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children reach meaningful goals, values collaboration with families and staff, and is excited to help build and shape a strong ABA program from the ground up. The LBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing clinical oversight, supervising behavior technicians and/or RBTs as applicable, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with ethical, state, payer, and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments, and other clinical evaluations as needed Develop individualized ABA treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and clinical recommendations Provide direct and indirect ABA services to clients in accordance with treatment goals Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other assigned staff in accordance with state and payer requirements Monitor client progress, review data, and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate Provide parent/caregiver training and education to support generalization of skills across environments Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation including evaluations, session notes, treatment plans, supervision logs, and progress reports Collaborate with families, team members, referral sources, and other professionals involved in client care Ensure services are delivered in compliance with BACB standards, Mississippi requirements, Medicaid/insurance requirements, and Harmony Hope Haven policies Participate in case reviews, team meetings, program development, and quality improvement initiatives Assist with building and strengthening Harmony Hope Haven's ABA service line as the program grows
Qualifications Required:
Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the state of Mississippi, or ability to obtain Mississippi licensure prior to start BCBA certification in good standing, if required for state licensure and service delivery Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or related populations Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment, treatment planning, and supervision practices Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with families, staff, and community partners Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally if needed for service delivery
Preferred:
