Position Overview We are seeking a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Mississippi . This role is a great fit for someone who values individualized care, strong family collaboration, and a team-based clinical environment. Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We provide strong clinical support, mentorship, and a collaborative approach to care. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians. Review client data and make data-driven clinical decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other service providers. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies. Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines. Provide hybrid services, including in-home, school-based, community-based, and clinic support as services continue to expand throughout Mississippi. Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$70-$80 per hour (based on experience)

Hybrid (in-home, school, community, and clinic) Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Active Mississippi Behavior Analyst License issued by the Mississippi Autism Board (required) Active Mississippi Medicaid Provider ID (required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings as needed Ability to pass required background checks and maintain eligibility to work in the
United States Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour
