In this vital role, you will develop and implement evidence-based behavior plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes, empower clients to reach their full potential, and foster a supportive environment for growth and learning. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify underlying causes of behaviors Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery Collaborate with families, educators, and medical teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication Perform intake assessments for new clients, including diagnostic evaluations and client communication to determine appropriate services Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential Experience working with children with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and functional assessment techniques Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in home-based or school settings Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA privacy regulations Excellent skills in data collection, patient assessment, and client communication Ability to provide clinical supervision while fostering a compassionate approach to patient care Join our team if you are eager to apply your expertise in behavioral health to create impactful change!
