Duties Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive behavioral intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's unique needs. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors. Lead intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility for services and establish initial treatment goals. Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform necessary adjustments to intervention strategies. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote consistent implementation of behavior plans across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive information with confidentiality. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods. Experience working in various settings such as home-based programs, schools, or clinical environments supporting children with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to families and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to perform detailed data collection, analysis, and report writing for ongoing treatment evaluation.
