Creedmoor, NC Pay:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Durham, NC team. This opportunity includes providing ABA services in both our Durham clinic and an in-home setting in Creedmoor, NC 27522 . We're looking for an RBT who enjoys working one-on-one with children, values strong clinical support, and is comfortable working across both service settings. Competitive pay of $22.00-$27.00 per hour Paid training and ongoing professional development Supportive BCBA supervision and clinical leadership Student Analyst Program for team members pursuing BCBA certification Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Collaborative, team-oriented environment Meaningful work helping children develop greater independence and confidence What You'll Do Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism Provide services in both clinic and in-home settings based on assignment Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Position Details Pay:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour
Required Availability:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00
PM Service Settings:
Durham clinic and in-home services in Creedmoor, NC 27522 Candidates must be able to reliably travel between the required service locations as needed. The days and times listed represent the availability required for this position and do not guarantee a specific work schedule, client assignment, or minimum number of hours. Actual schedules and assignments are based on client needs, service authorizations, cancellations, staffing, and operational needs. While this position requires availability during the times listed above, occasional Saturday availability may be required based on client or operational needs. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or equivalent required ABA experience preferred Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation required Ability and willingness to travel between the Durham clinic and the Creedmoor 27522 service area as needed Comfortable providing ABA services in both clinic and in-home environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Ability to work independently while maintaining appropriate communication with supervising clinicians Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Depending on client and service needs, the position may involve remaining physically active throughout sessions; sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and transitioning between positions; and responding promptly and safely to client movement and behavior. Additional job-related physical requirements may apply to particular assignments based on client and safety needs.
