Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and valid BCBA certification required Proven experience in school settings, school-based programs, or with pediatric populations highly preferred Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, behavior modification techniques, and individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and report-writing Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced academic environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students Implement, monitor, and adapt treatment strategies according to student progress and evolving needs Train and support school staff in the application of ABA strategies within the classroom setting Track and analyze student data, documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team Serve as a resource for parents and educators to foster a collaborative approach to student success This contract position allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and the school community.
