RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist AblePath ABA Winston-Salem, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $21 - $26 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications RBT Certification Care documentation Experience working with children Behavioral support plan implementation Fading in ABA therapy Full Job Description Behavior Technician / RBT - After-School Case Winston-Salem, NC | After-School Hours | In-Home ABA Make a meaningful difference in a child's everyday life. AblePath ABA is seeking a reliable and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to a child in Winston-Salem, NC . This is an established after-school case for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to providing consistent, high-quality support. The specific schedule and number of hours will be discussed with qualified candidates. Applicants from Winston-Salem and nearby communities are encouraged to apply if they have reliable transportation to the client's location. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Use ABA strategies to support communication, social skills, independence, and other treatment goals Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and clinical team Build a positive and professional relationship with the child and family Provide consistent, engaging support throughout each session Requirements You must have one of the following : Active RBT certification , OR Completed 40-hour RBT training If you have completed the 40-hour training but have not yet completed your competency assessment, AblePath ABA will provide support and guidance through the competency process. We are also looking for someone with: Availability for after-school hours Reliable transportation to Winston-Salem, NC Consistent attendance and dependable communication Patience, professionalism, and a willingness to learn A genuine interest in working with children Previous experience working with children or in ABA is a plus Why Join AblePath ABA?
