Job Description

Make an immediate impact supporting students growth and learning as a skilled professional in a vibrant educational setting near Gilford, NH! This contract opportunity offers 32.5 hours per week working hands-on with students at both the elementary and high school levels. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional, youll collaborate with dedicated educators and help shape positive behavior strategies in a welcoming school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or strong experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting Familiarity with behavioral intervention plans and implementation practices Ability to work cooperatively with teachers, therapists, and school staff Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about supporting diverse student needs Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct, one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students as directed by lead staff Assist with classroom management, behavior reinforcement, and implementing individualized intervention plans Support students with academic tasks and encourage positive social interactions Document and report student progress in accordance with school protocols Help create a nurturing environment where every child can flourish This contracted position allows you to gain valuable experience in both elementary and high school environments while making a genuine difference in students daily lives.
