Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by providing vital behavioral support to students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting. This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through June 21, 2027, with a commitment of one full day (8 hours) per week. Focus your expertise on a small caseload of three students, while benefiting from a stable, long-term assignment and engaging with a collaborative school team.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active New Hampshire BCBA licensure required Demonstrated experience working with students presenting with selective mutism Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and evidence-based interventions in educational settings Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to support students, families, and school personnel Ability to complete administrative documentation and attend required meetings
Responsibilities:
Provide approximately 6 hours of direct behavioral services per week for students identified on caseload Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, developing individualized interventions targeting specific student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies and monitor progress Deliver training and consultation to staff regarding behavioral management techniques Complete necessary documentation and progress reports according to required timelines Participate in meetings as needed for case reviews, planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration This position offers the opportunity to customize your schedule around one dedicated day each week, allowing for professional flexibility and focused student engagement.
