We are looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic team in Merrimack, NH. As a Clinic BCBA, you will: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions. Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization. Collaborate with speech, occupational therapy, and other professionals when appropriate. Complete insurance authorizations, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements. Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical collaboration. Support a positive, fun, and engaging clinic environment. QualificationsRequired Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to supervise, mentor, and coach clinical staff. Preferred 2+ years of BCBA experience. Experience in clinic-based ABA. Knowledge of insurance funding requirements and medical necessity documentation.
