What You'll Bring:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (required) Experience supporting students in school environments preferred Paraprofessional experience or certification is a plus Familiarity with ABA principles and implementation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and families Reliable, organized, and proactive approach to daily tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors Assist in creating and sustaining a structured, positive classroom experience Support classroom teachers and participate in team meetings Adapt strategies to meet each students unique needs, using patience and empathy Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
