Behavior Technician Locations:
Cape May County, NJ - Ocean City area. About the Role Sunshine Advantage is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians who want to help kids and make a difference. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with a child , helping them learn everyday skills like communicating, playing, and following routines. You'll always have support from a supervisor (BCBA), so you're never doing this alone. No experience? No problem. We'll train you and guide you every step of the way. What We're Looking For Required:
High School Diploma or GED Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to complete training and obtain RBT certification Ability to pass a background check Preferred (Not Required): Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
