Retirement Savings Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In Person BCBA-Owned & Operated | Always Shining ABA Always Shining ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated practice seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully in person role at a charter school. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. In this position, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families—all while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance. Our clinical model emphasizes manageable caseloads, strong collaboration, and ethical, evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake and ongoing assessments Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Analyze data and adjust programming based on progress Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians Maintain compliant, detailed documentation Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary providers
Qualifications:
