Job Description
Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is growing, and we're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians! •For this client they require an RBT•the client is 19 years old and needs services 12 hours a week. If you've worked with older adults, education, or as a paraprofessional and are looking for a meaningful career path with room to grow, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Whether you're just starting out or looking to advance your career, we'll be there every step of the way— Please have an active •RBT Certification•and help you pursue a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one with clients in their home Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Communicate with supervising BCBAs and provide updates to families Foster growth, independence, and meaningful progress in the lives of the children we serve
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check A passion for helping others and a desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field Prior experience in ABA, childcare, teaching, or working with children with special needs Completion of a 40-hour RBT training and have an active •RBT Cert•Why Join Us?
