Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a background in applied behavior analysis. We are seeking someone to work in-home with a 4 year old client 3-5 days per week after school and on weekends for up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism in patient's homes
• Document patient progress
• Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Qualifications
• High School diploma. College preferred.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques and ability to implement them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR certified or willingness to do so on own
