This role involves providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to clients, primarily focusing on individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping grow our small business, which may include some additional responsibilities related to business development and operational support. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact in clients' lives and is adaptable to the dynamic environment of a growing practice. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices. Conduct assessments and analyze data to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support. Provide direct therapy sessions, utilizing ABA techniques tailored to each client's needs. Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate and train caregivers and team members on ABA strategies to promote consistency across interventions. Assist with the growth of the facility by participating in outreach efforts, community engagement, and business development activities as needed. Ensure a safe, supportive environment for clients and staff at all times. Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field; certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is required. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Flexibility and willingness to take on extra work required for the growth of a small business within a new facility setting. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and data collection. •Note, this is a contractual position, hourly rates will be determined based on candidates experience.
Pay:
$75.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
