In Person Job Description We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing clients, developing individualized ABA treatment programs, monitoring progress, and providing clinical supervision to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role focuses on evidence-based practices, meaningful client outcomes, and collaboration with families. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and other standardized assessments as appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Monitor client progress through data review and ongoing program analysis Adjust treatment plans and clinical programming based on client progress Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, ethical, and insurance requirements Provide direct supervision, competency assessments, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to RBTs, ABA therapists, and paraprofessionals Provide parent training and family consultations to support consistency and generalization of skills Ensure ABA services are delivered in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code and applicable laws, regulations, and payer requirements Maintain BCBA certification and meet all applicable BACB requirements Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB State licensure, as applicable 1-2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities Center-based ABA experience preferred Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision training, or willingness to complete the training within the first month of employment Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Position Details This is a part-time, in-office position with daytime hours available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
