Job Description

Links ABA Therapy, a Grapevine, TX-based ABA provider for children with autism, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1, evidence-based therapy. In this collaborative, child-centered environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support daily living and social skills, and accurately collect behavior data under BCBA supervision. You'll work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on children's lives. Part-time, on-site role with supportive culture and development opportunities. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress Support daily living, communication, and social skills development Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and families to support treatment goals Follow clinical protocols, ethical guidelines, and safety procedures Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions Communicate session updates and progress to caregivers and supervisors Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation Behavior intervention strategies Autism spectrum disorder support Professional communication with families and teams De-escalation and behavior management Basic computer and electronic data entry skills Time management and session planning Collaboration in a clinical team setting Understanding of HIPAA and client confidentiality
