Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will directly impact clients' progress, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse settings, including home-based and school environments, while collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of behaviors. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of ABA interventions. Perform patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical teams to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client privacy and confidentiality. Support clients through intake processes, behavioral health support strategies, and ongoing behavioral health management in various settings such as homes or schools. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavior intervention strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management. Proven experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in clinical or home-based settings. Ability to perform behavioral health assessments and conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA). Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage clients' families and multidisciplinary teams. Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information. $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
