Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Strategic Therapy Autism Services is looking for passionate and dedicated ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team at Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center in Lawrenceville, NJ. About Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center is a center-based ABA therapy program serving preschool-aged children ages 2-5 with autism in Mercer County, NJ. Our program combines the individualized, evidence-based approach of ABA with a warm, engaging Montessori-inspired environment. Children receive individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy while participating in a structured setting designed to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Founded in 2020 as an in-home ABA provider, Strategic Therapy expanded into our dedicated center in 2023. We are a women-owned and operated organization led by two licensed behavior analysts with more than 20 years of combined clinical experience. Our center is intentionally designed to provide: Small, supportive learning environments Individualized treatment based on each child's unique needs Collaboration between BCBAs, ABA therapists, and other professionals A positive, child-centered approach A supportive environment where both children and staff can grow What You'll Do As an ABA Therapist/RBT, you will work directly with preschool-aged children with autism while receiving ongoing support and supervision from experienced BCBAs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implement individualized ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA Provide engaging, one-on-one therapy to children in a center-based setting Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and other developmental skills Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for clients Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and other members of the clinical team Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Communicate professionally and effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinical and organizational policies Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is energetic, compassionate, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with young children.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Previous ABA experience preferred RBT certification preferred, but not required A willingness to learn and receive ongoing feedback and supervision Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude The ability to actively engage with young children throughout the day A genuine passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful progress Not an RBT yet? That's okay! RBT certification is preferred, but we are willing to provide paid training and support toward certification for qualified candidates.
